Energy is all around us. We are a part of it, made of it, and are forever linked within a lovely, universal tapestry. Reconnect with this energy through healing vibrations and the green magic of the natural world. Reconnect with the world around you and back within to yourself. Energy healing has been used for centuries in various forms to work with the energy fields around the body. Reiki is a spiritual, vibrational healing practice used to promote balance throughout the human system. Positive, universal energy is channeled into your body for a wonderful range of benefits. It aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Reported Benefits May Include: Promotes relaxation Reduce stress Aids with tension and pain relief Instills a sense of calmness Reduces fatigue Boosts the immune system Aids with digestion and digestion issues Releases trauma and emotional blockages Reduces anxiety, depression and helps to alleviate addictions Speeds up recovery process and helps with wound healing Helps with overall health Improves sleep Enhances well-being ​ How Sessions Work: As a Reiki healer, (Master/Teacher level) I offer sessions to promote healing and emotional well being. Distance is not a factor in this practice because universal energy is not limited to space nor time. I have personally witnessed great success with sessions across the globe. What makes my sessions unique? I imbue the process of Reiki with the elements around us: Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. I invoke the spirit of the Earth and the divine Universal Love to aid, guide, and heal you. After you place your order, nothing is required to do on your end, but I recommend that finding a quiet space to meditate or rest during your appointment time. Be open to receiving and working with the energy you experience. What to Expect from your Session: Clients have experience a wide range of sensations from vibrations, pressure, and lightness, to seeing colors and experiencing calming emotions. Each experience is unique and there are no wrong answers. Session effects can be immediate, and/of build over a period of days and weeks. My energy work, including Reiki, is non-denominational and you can combine it with any prayer routine you would like to. This is very welcomed. Energy work can compliment any current medical routine you may have, is NOT intended to replace medical care or a doctor’s advice and treatment. ​
